Eligible Services for Better Start Early Intervention Funding The federal department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA) provides funds for children diagnosed with Sight Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome or Fragile X Syndrome to access therapeutic interventions.
